Robert & Laurel took over T’s in 2016 and completely changed how this “chip wagon” was operated and turned it into a dining experience. Gone were the frozen, prepared foods and instead hand created and scratch-made, fresh, locally sourced items. They increased the gluten-free items such as the Purest buns, T’s own recipe for the gluten-free gravy and cheese sauce and of course, the burger patties themselves.
After over eight successful seasons, and one global pandemic, it’s time for a new challenge so T’s Chips is up for sale. We suggest the new owners maintain the menu with its high-quality and unique menu items, greatly desired by a diverse clientele.
