We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Superstar. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.
The must haves:
- Excellent customer service
- Handling cash & debit terminal (trustworthiness)
- Restaurant and or kitchen experience
- Being on time (or slightly early) is critical
- Knowledge of food allergens/sensitivities is important
Some nice-to-haves:
- Willingness to learn all positions
- Willing to get food handlers course. It is not a current requirement but a definite plus if you have it.
- Brainstorming unique weekly features with the team
The basic requirements for the position are:
- Answer customer inquiries and take their orders
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate customer orders
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in French other languages is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
Work hours are (a) Tuesday to Thursday and/or (b) Friday to Sunday. We will be open holiday Mondays in May, July, and September (paid time and a half). The hours are 11 AM to 4 PM. Hours may change to accommodate existing part-time staff.
