Unit of Measures – Cheat Sheet

Units of Measure – Cheat Sheet

Ever wish you had a cheat sheet for measurements when something asks for 1 stick of butter or 2 oz of cream (honestly, how many cups or tablespoons is that anyway?). This should go a long way in helping you with that. Sure there’s conversion apps out there but sometimes you don’t have handy access to your phone or don’t want to drop it into what you’re making (it happens). Keep this in a favorite recipe book or the inside of your baking cupboard.
